You can download our Task Sheet, mark the tasks you need, and hand it directly to your cleaner on the first visit.

If I move to a different area, can I still use your services?
Yes. As we operate nationwide, we can continue providing services if you move to another UK location, subject to availability.
How can I book a cleaner?

Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. All cleaners are vetted for eligibility to work in the UK and provide valid identification and proof of address before joining our team.
Can I have the same cleaner for each visit?
Yes. Wherever possible, we aim to assign the same cleaner for regular bookings to ensure consistency and familiarity.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Can I choose the day and time of my cleaning visit?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling and will work with you to arrange a suitable day and time.
How long does it take to arrange a cleaner?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our services are flexible and do not require long-term contracts. You can adjust or pause services with notice.
Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
In most cases, we can arrange a cleaner within a few days. Availability may vary depending on location and service type.

How does payment work for house cleaning services?
House cleaning is charged at £17.95 per hour. The cleaner is paid directly for their hours worked, and the agency fee is paid separately on a monthly basis.
How are other cleaning services charged?
Services such as deep cleaning, end of tenancy or commercial cleaning are charged either as a one-off payment or on a monthly basis.
What happens if I don’t need a clean for one or two weeks?
If you notify us in advance, we can pause or adjust your service. Any credits or refunds depend on the notice period.
If my cleaner is sick or unavailable, will you provide a replacement?
Yes. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holiday, we will arrange a suitable replacement whenever possible.
What general tasks do cleaners carry out?
Cleaners carry out general domestic tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and other agreed duties.
Can cleaners change bed linen or do ironing?
Yes. Bed linen changes and ironing services can be included upon request as part of your cleaning arrangement.
Can I give my cleaner keys to my home?
Yes. Many clients provide keys for convenience. Cleaners are vetted and key access is handled with strict confidentiality.
